Q. What kind of advertising do you put on your member sites?
We only put a small text based advertisment at the bottom of our members websites to help offset the cost of providing the free hosting service.
Q. What kind of limitations are in place on the service?
We have in place limitations on the .htaccess directives, file size limitations and other limitations which are intended to prevent abuse of our services.
We are constantly revising the limitations to both enable more for our members and adapt to new threats and abuses of our service.
Q. Why do you recommend against using Hotmail or other Microsoft e-mail services?
Even though we strive to ensure accurate delivery of your account details, Microsoft silently blocks our account detail e-mails from reaching even your spam/junk mail folders.
This is why we have since updated our signup system to provide you with instant access to your account details as well as the ability to download a backup of those details.
Q. Is there any confirmation e-mail before I can use my account?
No, there are no confirmation e-mails sent before you can utilize your account. The only e-mail sent regarding your account is a copy of your account information which includes information such as your username and password, web address, control panel address and some other information.
The information sent in this e-mail is the same information delivered directly after sign up and it's delivery or lack thereof doesn't affect your access in anyway as you still receive the information in the sign up process and are able to download a PDF backup for safe keeping..
